Darcy Evans
Darcy is a Physiotherapist who consults at Mt Kuring-Gai, and has has recently joined our team after completing his Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Technology, Sydney. He also consults at our Milsons Point and Asquith clinics.
Darcy has a special interest in managing lower limb injuries, especially those that affect the hip, knee, and ankle. He understands how these areas are all related and how injuries to one area will often affect the others. He strongly believes that when people can first understand what's going on with their bodies, they can much easier take action on a plan to get them back to living and enjoying physically active lifestyles.
Being a former professional squash player and current high level squash coach, he understands how niggles can impact performance, and strongly believes in getting on top of any issues early can help prevent bigger issues from developing. He can help create tailored exercise rehabilitation programs to suit people of all levels, from everyday mums and dads, to high level elite athletes.
